Guest lists directly inside each booking
Guest lists can now be managed directly in Optune instead of separate spreadsheets, chats or emails. Teams can handle guest names, notes and available spots in one place, and share or request guest list information from promoters and external partners directly from the booking.
Custom calendar feed content
Private calendar feeds can now be adjusted more precisely for tools like Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook and iCal. You can choose which booking details should appear in each feed, including contacts, notes, guest lists, line up, schedule, logistics or booking requests, so every calendar shows only the information that is actually needed.
New APIs for custom workflows
Optune can now connect more deeply with external tools, websites, dashboards, CRM systems and custom applications. Booking data, contacts, venues and artist information can be read from Optune, and selected data can also be written back into Optune, making custom workflows and automations much easier to build.
Better overview for multi day engagements
Optune now distinguishes more clearly between the actual show period and the full operational period around a booking. The show itself may only last a few hours, while the overall engagement can include travel, setup, soundcheck, overnight stays and return travel across several days. Schedule and line up entries can also include an optional date.
Optimised calendar overview
The calendar view is now easier to use for long term planning. You can jump directly one year forward or backward without clicking through month by month, and you can create a new booking or availability directly from a date in the calendar view.
More transparency inside bookings
Optune now shows who made the last change on many booking fields and when. This helps teams understand what has changed, who updated the information and where the latest details came from. A new dedicated technical contact type also makes technical contacts easier to find and use in bookings and documents.
Configurable booking details per artist
Artist profiles now allow you to define which booking detail categories should be visible for each artist. This keeps bookings cleaner and more focused, so agents, artists and team members only see the information that is relevant for their workflow.
More flexible access rights for agencies
Agency admins can now define which agents have access to which artists. This is especially useful for agencies with multiple rosters, external team members or clearly separated responsibilities.
Shared bookings can be saved to an Optune account
External recipients of shared bookings or booking detail requests can now connect a shared booking directly to an existing or new Optune account. This makes recurring collaboration easier and keeps shared bookings easier to find later.
Bookings without a fixed artist
Agencies can now create bookings even if the final artist has not yet been confirmed. The matching artist can be added later, which makes early requests, options and internal planning much easier to manage.
Shared bookings can be saved to an Optune account
E Sign invitations can now be made clearer before sending. The title and message can be customised so recipients immediately understand what the request is about and what they need to sign.

AI Assistant inside each booking
The AI Assistant helps you work through common booking tasks more quickly. Ask questions about logistics, hotels, PR, or prep messages and quotes, and get practical suggestions based on your booking details plus public information.
Team Polls for faster coordination
Organising a show often means checking who is available and who can bring what. With Team Polls, you can ask collaborators directly inside a booking and collect replies in one place so decisions are made faster and coordination stays clear.
Smarter booking request routing
Optune can now route incoming booking requests to the right people automatically. Instead of requests landing in the wrong inbox, you choose the receiving team once per artist profile so every new request goes directly to the group that handles it.
Faster search across your bookings
Finding the right booking is now quicker. You can search your booking list by a person or company name and instantly see all related bookings.
